Rainout/Return Policies
Return Policy: Game Cancellations: In the case of games being cancelled due to rain-outs, air quality or any other reason, fans will be able to bring their ticket(s) to a future regular season home game in the same season (last regular season game is August 5, 2024). If a game is cancelled after the end of the 5th inning the game is considered complete and there will be no refunds or credited tickets to future games.

Unused Tickets: If there are any games you’ve purchased tickets for but can’t attend for whatever reason, please contact 780-940-4854 before that game to discuss trading those tickets in for a future Prospects game during the same regular season.
